currently craving: florals

Happy Saturday!

It’s sunny with a high of 52° in Madison today and it’s finally starting to feel like spring.  To East and West-coasters, that might not seem that warm, but considering it flurried on my drive home from work yesterday, I’m pretty ecstatic.  I’m finally starting to get that spring fever with tanks, shorts, and spring patterns on the mind.  The obvious go-to spring pattern, the floral, is not quite itself this year.  Gone are the days of soft, feminine florals– in 2014 the multi-floral, also known as the hyper-floral, is out in full force.  These bright, digitally printed versions of the classic spring pattern are more colorful and edgier than ever before.  Don’t get me wrong, sometimes when you want your look to be softer, a feminine floral is the way to go.  But if you really want to make a bold statement, try out  the eye-catching version that is bound to turn a few heads.

I spent a few hours last night searching the ends of the earth/internet to find the absolute best of the best in florals this spring.  Check out my picks below!
